The Board's Mission
The Public Accountants and
Auditors Board of Zimbabwe is a statutory
body established in 1996 with the primary purpose of registering persons
entitled to work or
practise as public accountants or public auditors in Zimbabwe.
The Board’s mission is to protect
the financial interests of the people of Zimbabwe
and that of other persons with interests in the Zimbabwe economy by ensuring the
maintenance of high standards of professional conduct –
